Message from the School Head
The first course in chemical engineering in the southwest region of the United States was offered at Oklahoma A&M in 1917.
Now, 100 years later, we are preparing to celebrate this landmark event. We invite all chemical engineering alumni and supporters of the school to join us for a once-in-a-lifetime reunion and celebration.
The event will be held in Stillwater on Friday and Saturday, September 29-30, 2017. The fun begins Friday evening with class reunions hosted by current and former faculty. The highlight on Saturday will be a business casual banquet in the Student Union Ballroom.
This is an away-game weekend and there will be plenty of hotel rooms available.
Everything you need to know to plan your weekend can be found here. We encourage you to bookmark this page as details including a running list of confirmed attendees will be updated weekly.
Questions or suggestions? Please contact CHE.EventCoordinator@okstate.edu.
Please plan to join your fellow classmates and other CHE alumni and take a stroll down memory lane. We will celebrate the past, introduce current faculty and practices and share plans to take our program to the next level. We look forward to capturing memories and stories from our first 100 years that can be shared when the second centennial celebration is held in 2117.
